Returns

Due to the nature of consumable products such as Natural Sweeteners, Herbal Teas, Superfoods, Seeds, and Wellness Powders, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Expired product received
  • Missing items in the package

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Reason for return

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the issue is verified by our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may provide:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Full/partial refund depending on the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Orders placed during special sale or clearance offers

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
